Head of Property & Casualty
Uugankhishig brings more than 13 years of leadership and executive experience across Mongolia's private and public financial institutions — serving as Deputy Director of Sales at Khan Insurance and as Director of Corporate Insurance at both Mandal Insurance and Amar Insurance. At Pillar Nexus, she leads the Property & Casualty practice, structuring the right protection around each client's risk.
Managing Director
Binderiya has spent over seven years in senior roles across insurance and financial institutions — including Senior Corporate Insurance Manager and Senior Underwriter at Mandal Insurance, and Corporate Insurance Manager at Amar Insurance. As Managing Director, she sets the direction of Pillar Nexus, committed to bringing every client solutions built to international standards.
Placement Broker
Jafar has spent over six years as a reinsurance broker, most recently covering the Asia-Pacific region with EXOS Re LLC. His established relationships across international reinsurance markets are central to how Pillar Nexus places client risks on the best available terms worldwide.
